At Buraax Life General Trading L L C, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our processing times, delivery schedules, and conditions.

1. Order Processing

  • Domestic Orders (UAE): All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • International Orders: All international orders are processed within 2 business days.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Within UAE: Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take 5-9 working days.
  • International Orders: Delivery can be expected within 5–9 business days (subject to customs clearance and local courier services).

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs inspections, or public holidays.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).Goods must be signed for upon delivery.
  • If you are unavailable, you may authorise an alternative recipient (e.g., family member, colleague, or neighbour).
  • Buraax Life General Trading L L C is not responsible for goods signed by an alternative recipient or for any damage occurring after delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders across GCC countries.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of AED 12 will apply as per our shipping partner’s policy.
  • Shipping and handling charges for other destinations may vary depending on the product, packaging, size, weight, and delivery location. All charges will be displayed during checkout.

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order is delivered in a damaged condition or if items are missing/incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team within 4 business days of delivery for resolution.
