GOODAIR outshines in-built air purifiers with its non-electric, defence-grade, advanced impregnated carbon technology. The activated carbon in GOODAIR is rigorously tested and certified for its ability to adsorb toxic gases, ensuring optimal performance. Unlike in-built purifiers that suffer from high maintenance costs, frequent filter replacements, and limited efficacy when the car engine is off, GOODAIR ensures constant 24x7 purification. It requires only a monthly recharge in direct sunlight and boasts a lifespan of up to 1.5 years. Its autonomous operation guarantees a cleaner and toxin-free environment in the car, making it a superior choice for cleaner and safer air.
When comparing an air freshener to a GOODAIR car air purifier, the key distinction lies in its mechanism of action. While an air freshener merely masks existing odours by adding a layer of scent, it does not address the underlying problem and may even combine with toxic gases, potentially creating more harmful elements. On the other hand, a GOODAIR car air purifier stands out, as its activated carbon is tested and certified for its ability to adsorb toxic gases, ensuring a reliable and efficient purification process. In addition, GOODAIR is clinically proven to reduce motion sickness, making it a healthier and more comfortable choice for all passengers. Unlike most air fresheners that contain chemicals that can lead to health issues, GOODAIR's adsorption process targets and eliminates toxic gases, promoting a safer and more natural in-car air environment.
While it is possible to use an air freshener alongside the GOODAIR air purifier, despite GOODAIR's primary function being to adsorb toxic gases, it also has a co-function to adsorb odors. Consequently, it may also adsorb the scent from the air freshener, ultimately reducing the lifespan of both the air freshener and the air purifier. As a result, a freshener that typically lasts for three months may only last for half its expected lifetime, and the GOODAIR car air purifier may need to be charged every 20 days instead of once a month.
GOODAIR air purifier uses premium quality linen fabric as its exterior instead of cotton or jute. It's due to its exceptional durability, breathability, strength, and unique properties like being bactericidal and anti-fungal. All of our Car Air Purifiers are made with no difference in quality among the different colours offered. They do not possess any flavour or smell but effectively adsorb toxic gases to keep your car's air fresh and healthy.

Additionally, GOODAIR is clinically proven to reduce motion sickness, offering not only purified air but also enhanced comfort for passengers during travel.
GOODAIR’s effectiveness in adsorbing toxic gases and enhancing in-car well-being is backed by scientific validation. It has been independently tested and certified by a NABL-accredited laboratory, confirming its ability to adsorb harmful toxic gases commonly present inside cars. Additionally, GOODAIR is clinically proven to reduce symptoms of motion sickness, making it a healthy and trusted choice for safe and comfortable travel.
GOODAIR is a 100% chromium-free air purifier, which is crucial as exposure to higher levels of hexavalent chromium in the air can lead to health issues such as respiratory problems, skin reactions, and allergic reactions. By being chromium-free, GOODAIR provides a high level of protection to human health and the environment from the risks posed by harmful chemicals.
Before installing GOODAIR in the car, the interior of our car should be completely cleaned. We recommend shampooing thoroughly. If it is time to change the AC filter, GOODAIR should be installed only after that.
To ensure peak performance, GOODAIR must be recharged regularly once a month in direct sunlight for two hours.
If there is a situation where you need to carry fish, meat, food etc. in the car, GOODAIR should be recharged after that. Otherwise, GOODAIR may not be able to fully adsorb the resulting toxic gases.
For optimal effectiveness in capturing toxic gases released from the dashboard and seat leather, hang the GOODAIR Air Purifier on the uppermost position inside the car, like the rearview mirror. Due to high temperatures, the toxic gases are released in an upward direction. Its gentle swaying with the car's motion enhances air circulation and its efficiency. If hanging the product while driving is challenging or restricted by law, it is advisable to place GOODAIR on the dashboard during the journey. However, once you leave the car, especially when parking under direct sunlight, kindly remember to hang it back, if legally permitted, as rising temperatures can significantly increase the risk of toxic gas formation inside the vehicle.
GOODAIR may not get its best performance in every car. GOODAIR is designed for fully air-conditioned cars. GOODAIR is not recommended for cars travelling with windows open. Installing GOODAIR on cars that are more than ten years old may not make a noticeable difference.
To maintain optimal performance, expose GOODAIR to direct sunlight for 1-2 hours monthly. The UV rays will expand its pores, releasing trapped toxic gases, making GOODAIR ready for reuse and ensuring continued effective air purification. Then we can take GOODAIR and install it again in our car.
Sunlight coming into the car is ineffective in recharging the GOODAIR. Keeping GOODAIR outside the car ensures that it can receive UV-A, UV-B and UV-C rays from sunlight, allowing it to effectively recharge since car windows typically block a significant portion of UV rays. This unobstructed access to sunlight is essential for the proper functioning of GOODAIR.
Yes, recharging GOODAIR solely requires UV rays, which remain present in our atmosphere consistently throughout the seasons. However, it's important to note that while UV rays are universally available, GOODAIR cannot be recharged in countries devoid of sunlight, such as Antarctica. In such regions, the recharging of GOODAIR necessitates the use of a UV chamber.
As GOODAIR is a non-electric car air purifier, it lacks visual indications or fragrance to show its operation. However, it effectively adsorbs toxic gases from the air, promoting a fresh and healthy indoor environment. Its effectiveness becomes apparent through the noticeable reduction in odours and toxic gases after using GOODAIR
GOODAIR becomes active only after it is unboxed. Once activated, its average lifespan is up to 1.5 years, depending on the climate and usage conditions. In extreme climates, the effectiveness may reduce slightly, but it generally performs well for around 1 to 1.5 years.
For sealed and unboxed units, determining a precise expiration date is challenging. Since the core ingredient—impregnated activated carbon—remains stable when not exposed to air, unopened GOODAIR units can retain their effectiveness for 7 to 10 years.
You can open your GOODAIR bag and mix the impregnated activated carbon with the soil, which can serve as a fertiliser for plants in your garden. Moreover, the meshes used in GOODAIR are biodegradable, and the adjuster used is recyclable, adding to their eco-friendly features.
The main function of GOODAIR is to adsorb toxic gases, and it does have a limited capacity to adsorb moisture content in the car interior. However, its primary purpose is to effectively remove toxic gases, ensuring a fresher and healthier indoor air environment.
During a car ride, while GOODAIR primarily focuses on adsorbing toxic gases, it also possesses the inherent characteristic of adsorbing scents. Consequently, it actively adsorbs the fragrance of any applied perfume from your clothing. This process occurs continuously throughout the journey. Therefore, upon reaching your destination, the intensity of the scent is expected to have notably faded. To counter this effect, if the car is equipped with GOODAIR, it is advisable to use the perfume upon reaching the destination.
If GOODAIR gets wet in the rain, you can simply dry it off and continue to use it as usual. However, if GOODAIR is soaked in water for several hours, it is likely to become damaged. In such situations, please refrain from using it and replace it with a new one.
