1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The product received is incorrect or not as described.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund unless found defective.

2. Refund & Return Process

  • Customers must notify us of any issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Order details (order number, purchase date, and proof of purchase) must be provided.
  • Once your request is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product to our UAE address.
  • Returned products will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.

3. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Product damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you prefer, defective or incorrect items may be exchanged instead of refunded.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
